About the Coach
With over three decades in business, helping business of all sizes. I have operated at supervision, management, director and board level. I have helped companies from start up to companies turning over millions. Companies can no longer be complacent. Change will happen but readiness is an option. In the 21st century image projected through culture, ecology, community and ethics begin to matter as much as the product, services and profits. Customers are savvier and more ecologically demanding. Where and how they spend their money is now a form of corporate politics. So how do you change companies and leaders to adopt to new standards and avoid existential threats? The good news is that transformational change, while sometimes difficult, can often lead to creative, high performance, agile and environmentally sound companies. Some stand as a testament to their leaders, not by what they take, but by what they give back.
