About the Coach:
Most of my coaching in business in the last 5 years has covered Executive Coaching, working with business owners, Directors, Leaders and Top teams. Most of the businesses have been at SME and entrepreneurial level. The issues have been wide ranging from improving Leadership, to strategies for Team Development, Communication Culture within the business and the corgi to be a transparent leader that gives back. Becoming a Conscious Leader in today’s economy is one of the biggest challenges and yet the most important role any individual can play. Transitioning from Hierarchical mindsets to Autonomous working where every team member has a valid contribution and responsibility to the success of the business is a huge challenge that at some point every business will need to face.
