Initial assessment to plan the desired outcomes. This will be followed by bi-monthly sessions to tackle all the issues. Continuous email and phone support is provided in addition.

COACH ON YOUR SIDE
This is a longer-term commitment by those who recognise the need to change their business for the better. This longer-term plan will mean that you are continuously developing and changing your strategy for optimal outcome. We can examine each aspect of your business and implement changes that have the desired outcome.

WHAT TO EXPECT
ASSESSMENTS
During this initial conversation we will get to understand your past experiences and current requirements. We will work out a plan that is best suited to your needs. We will also email you a small questionnaire to fill in. Your information is legally protected and will not be seen by anyone else other than ourselves.
SESSIONS
The format of these will be dictated by our initial assessment. Whether online or face to face, we will address the concerns that are most relevant to you. We will use all the mentoring and coaching tools available to help you resolve the issues. Sessions usually last between 45-60 minutes and can be quite remarkable in their outcome. We will follow up the session with a phone call to ensure you are still on track. We will usually ask for your feedback on the session itself to ensure we are on track.
